How to Root Motorola Razr i XT890

The Razr i XT890
Motorola recently added three Android smartphones to its Razr lineup. And among the three, Razr i XT890 grabbed quite a big chunk of eyeballs because of the 2 GHz intel atom that powers this device. The device comes with a 4.3" corning gorilla glass display with a 540x960 pixel count. The internal storage is a reasonable 8 GB and can be expanded upto 32 GB using external microSD.

As I always say in my pre-rooting speech, if this is the first time you are rooting any Android device or don't know what rooting is, check out this post: Pros and Cons of Rooting.

Usual Boring Disclaimer: Unlocking the bootloader and rooting your device will make your manufacturer's warranty vanish. No one other than you will be responsible for whatever happens to your phone during or after the process.
